• Children who know the Bible stories and how they relate to their everyday lives.

• Children who continue to grow in their faith as youth and adults.

• Ministry that focuses on the gifts and talents of our congregation members.

• Allows adults to create special bonds with the children.

   The Children's Ministry program of First Presbyterian Church in Graham is adapted for children ages four years to fifth grade.

    A Time for Young Christians is included for all ages during our Sunday morning worship service.  Children from birth through 3rd grade are welcome in the nursery during worship.

    Our Sunday School program, Presbyterian PATHWAYS, is based on the popular Rotation Model that uses art, science, video, music, games, crafts, cooking, and drama in individual workshops to help children find their way to Christ.  Each month a theme is taught using a different model listed above.

    Another favorite activity is our after school program, Kids' Bible Club.  Children gather once a month during the school year for fun and fellowship in a Christian environment.  Activities vary from videos, games, crafts, etc.  We discuss a Bible story or a character-building theme and, of course, we always have snacks.  It's a great way to introduce children of the community to our church.

    Other exciting activities include Field Trips throughout the year, Vacation Bible School, "Mock" Lock-ins, etc.
