Every woman is a welcome member of the Presbyterian Women, whether a member of FPCG, a
regular visitor to the church, or friends and family. All the activities
are designed to strengthen this covenant community. We encourage you to
participate in as many of these opportunities as you can.
Below you will find a brief summary of all the opportunities to participate
that the PW offers. Please review these options and let us know how we can
help you participate in all we have to offer. Please call the church

Bible Study
The Women at First Presbyterian Church in Graham are using
2007-2008 Horizons Bible Study - Above and Beyond: Hearing God's Call
in Jonah & Ruth as our
inspiration for meeting, teaching and fellowship opportunities throughout year.
Above and Beyond teaches that God's steadfast love goes above and
beyond anything we have ever imagined. What's more, that love calls us to
respond and leaves no corner of our lives untouched. As we will see in
this study, the Bible uses humor to make very serious points.
We invite you to our monthly PW Circle meetings held on the 2nd Monday of the month
at 9:30 a.m. at member's homes.
Visitors and friends are always welcome. Please look on the

Other Events
Social events are an important way that we strengthen our covenant community.
During the year, look for opportunities, such as a Fall Gathering, Joy Gift
Luncheon, etc.
Service Projects
Service projects give us an opportunity to follow God's example and reach out
to those in our community with physical and spiritual needs.
Angel Meals
Angel Meals are provided to members of our congregation experiencing illness,
hospitalization, bereavement, or other serious concerns.
